  • We request Tenants to submit any maintenance in writing

Alex - 24 / 7 property assistant

  • We have a very efficient online Artificial Intelligence customer response system. His / her name is Alex. Alex assists tenants with their general enquiries and maintenance requests. For all maintenance requests, Alex will go through a range of trouble shooting options with our tenants. In many cases the issues can easily be fixed without the need to engage a tradesperson. If not, Alex will submit a maintenance request directly to our property management software for actioning. This service saves our landlords unnecessary callout fees, especially on public holidays. Alex is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payments

  • We encourage Direct Debit for tenants for ease & consistency of payment. We have a zero tolerance for rent arrears.
  • All of your expenses managed – i.e bills, strata, utilities
  • Detailed monthly owners statement of income and expenditure
  • Real-time, arrears notifications and transparency for all parties
  • We are aware of the cash flow requirements of today’s investor and process and disburse rentals at mid-month and end of month cycles and will provide your funds by direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
  • Payments get to Landlords the same or next day at the mid-month or end of month cycle
